1. Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of Vedic rituals and advance arrangements made at the temple:

• Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled puja date are eligible for cancellation.
• Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the puja or after the ritual has commenced cannot be processed.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

In cases of eligible cancellations or accidental duplicate transactions:

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, or NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
• In case of transaction drops where money was debited without booking generation, banking gateways auto-revert within 24-48 hours.

3. Damaged or Undelivered Prasad

If sacred prasad is damaged in courier transit, devotees can share a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly dispatch a replacement prasad potli at zero extra charge.
